Set up IPTV Quebec TV on a Samsung or LG TV

If your television is a recent Samsung or LG, you need neither a box nor a stick. The player installs from the store on the TV itself.

Open the TV\u2019s app store

  1. 1.Samsung: press Home, open the Apps panel, then use the magnifying glass.
  2. 2.LG: press Home, open the LG Content Store, then search.

Worth knowing. Samsung and LG only allow two or three IPTV players in their stores, and that is the real limit of this route. The restriction comes from the television maker, not from us.

Enter your login

Open the player, choose the Xtream Codes option, and type your username, password and server address. With a remote this takes a while. Take your time over the password.

The narrow choice of apps is the trade-off here. Roku TVs have exactly the same restriction, while plugging in a Firestick opens the door to every player, TiviMate included. You can see which channels are included before you decide.
