How to get a faster answer
Say what you watch on in the first message. Firestick, Samsung TV, MAG box, iPhone. That one word is the difference between exact steps and a general answer.
Setting up a MAG, Formuler or BuzzTV box? Add the MAC address printed on the sticker underneath. Those boxes activate by MAC address, so sending it straight away saves a round trip.
When we reply
Most messages get an answer within the hour during the day. Setup is usually finished in the same conversation rather than passed from one person to another.
