IPTV Quebec TV is operated by IPTV Quebec TV, 475 Pierre-Bertrand Blvd, Québec City, QC G1M 3T8, Canada. This policy covers this website and the subscription sold through it.
What we collect
- Your contact details. The number or email you message from, and the name you give.
- Order details. The plan you chose, the start date and the end date.
- Technical data. Anonymous statistics about pages visited, through Google Analytics.
We do not ask for a card number and we never see one. We do not record what you watch.
Why we collect it
- To set up your subscription and send you your login.
- To answer your questions and help when something stops working.
- To warn you before the plan ends, if you want that.
- To see which pages are useful, and improve the site.
Who else sees it
Your information is not sold, rented or shared for advertising. It goes only to the services needed to run this one: the host, the statistics service, and the platform that issues your login.
How long we keep it
Orders are kept while the subscription is active, then for a reasonable time after, so a renewal or a refund can be handled. Statistics are anonymous and expire on their own.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold on you, ask for a correction, or ask for erasure. Message us and it is done. There is no form and no procedure to follow.
