Terms of Use

These terms apply when you buy or use a IPTV Quebec TV subscription, operated by IPTV Quebec TV. Paying for a plan means you accept them.

Access to an internet television service for the length you paid for, on the number of screens your plan allows. The login is issued after payment and belongs to you alone.

• Keep your login to yourself. Sharing it beyond the number of screens on your plan can end the subscription without a refund.
• Use the service personally, not for public showing and not for resale.
• Do not try to record, copy or redistribute what you receive.
• Give accurate contact details, so the subscription can be delivered and renewed.

We work to keep the service running without interruption, but no internet service is immune to an outage, to maintenance or to a problem upstream. A short interruption does not create a right to a refund. A lasting outage does, and the refund policy covers it.

Quality depends on your internet and your device. It takes about 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. We cannot be responsible for a problem caused by a slow or unstable connection.

IPTV Quebec TV provides access to streams. We do not host, produce or own the programming carried on them. It is up to you to make sure your use complies with the law where you live.

You can stop at any time by not renewing. We can end a subscription without a refund if these terms are broken, in particular if the login is shared or the service is resold.

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the last change, and changes apply from the day they are published.
