What you get
All four plans include a seven-day electronic programme guide for the live channels. Your player downloads it on first connection and keeps it up to date on its own.
It shows what is on now and next, what is on later in the week, and it lets you jump straight to a channel from the listing instead of scrolling through hundreds.
Catch-up
On many channels you can scroll back through the guide and restart a programme that has already aired. How far back you can go depends on the broadcaster, and it is available on more channels than not.
Recording
Players like TiviMate record straight from the guide to a USB stick or to internal storage. You set a recording and watch it later.
If the guide looks empty
It is almost always the player rather than the subscription. Force a guide refresh in the player's settings, and give it a minute on a slow connection. If it is still blank after that, message us and we will look at it with you.
