IPTV Quebec TV resells access to streams owned by third parties. We do not host, store, record, upload or produce any of the programming carried on them, and we have no control over what those upstream suppliers transmit.

We respect copyright and act on valid complaints. If you believe content reachable through this service infringes a copyright you hold or represent, tell us and we will respond.

For a complaint to be handled, all of the following is needed:

• Your name, your address and a contact email or phone number.
• Identification of the work you say is infringed.
• Identification of the content complained of, with enough detail to find it.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
• Your signature, physical or electronic.

Send your notice to IPTV Quebec TV, 475 Pierre-Bertrand Blvd, Québec City, QC G1M 3T8, Canada, or use the contact page on this site. A notice missing any of the items above cannot be handled and is returned to you to complete.

Valid notices are passed to the upstream supplier responsible for the stream, and access is suspended where we are able to do so. Because we do not host the content, removal ultimately depends on that supplier.

If you believe content was removed in error, you can send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.

Accounts subject to repeated valid complaints are closed.
