Refund Policy

If IPTV Quebec TV is not what you expected, ask for your money within 60 days of paying and you get it. You do not have to explain yourself, and there is no form to fill in.

Send a message on WhatsApp saying you want a refund. Add the email or username the subscription was set up with, so we can find it quickly.

In these cases the money goes back on its own:

• The service was not activated within the promised time after payment.
• The same order was charged twice.
• A request to confirm a payment went unanswered for more than 7 days.
• The amount paid was less than the order and the difference was not settled within 7 days.

• More than 60 days have passed since the purchase.
• The login was shared beyond the number of screens paid for.

An approved refund goes back to the payment method used, usually the same day. How long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank, normally two to five working days.

If you paid with a prepaid card such as Paysafecard, that route cannot receive money back. Send a PayPal or Skrill account instead and the refund goes there.

This policy adds to your rights under the law, it does not replace them. Where the law gives you a longer or stronger right to a refund, the law applies.
