Set up IPTV Quebec TV on a Formuler box

Formuler boxes arrive with MYTV Online. Adding a portal makes the box behave like a MAG, which means we need its MAC address first.

MYTV Online 3

  1. 1.Open MYTV Online 3 on the box.
  2. 2.Go to Content Manager, then Content Sources, then Add.
  3. 3.Choose Add Portal. That registers the box as a device activated by MAC address.
  4. 4.Put in any nickname you like, paste the portal address you received with your order, and choose Connect.
Worth knowing. Find the MAC address with the eye icon next to the Device ID, or on the label underneath the box. Send it to us before you connect, or the portal will stay empty.

MYTV Online 2

  1. 1.Open MYTV Online 2. If it is not there, install it from the Market Store.
  2. 2.Go to Menu, then Connections, then Add Portal.
  3. 3.Put in a nickname, paste the portal address, and choose Connect.
Worth knowing. On MYTV Online 2 the MAC address shown starts with 00:1E:B8. When you send it to us, replace that prefix with 00:1A:79. Getting that wrong is the usual reason a Formuler activation looks like it has not worked.
